At Glowark, we believe beautiful art deserves a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Every order is made with care so you can bring something special to your space. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Order Processing

Our canvas prints are made to order, allowing us to maintain quality and reduce unnecessary waste.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production and order processing before your order ships. During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

2. Shipping Destinations

Glowark currently offers shipping to the United States and other eligible international destinations, depending on product availability and shipping coverage.

Available shipping destinations and rates will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on eligible orders, as indicated on our website and at checkout.

If any shipping charges apply to your order, they will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Any applicable taxes or import duties for international orders may be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after production is complete and the order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–12 business days
International orders: 5–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Please allow additional time during major holidays and other periods of unusually high shipping volume.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 24–72 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking updates to appear.

6. Made-to-Order Products

Our canvas prints are produced specifically for each order. Because production begins after a purchase is placed, processing times may differ from those of ready-to-ship products.

We work with professional production and shipping partners to help ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

Although we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur beyond our control.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Glowark is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us or our fulfillment partner, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

9. Damaged Items

We want your artwork to arrive in perfect condition.
